Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience Required: 1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist or in same field.

Professional Required: Excellent Communication, flexible, hard working.

Other Specification

Previous experience as receptionist or in same field is must.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

Able to work shifts as required.

Excellent presentation and organization skills.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Job Description

Meeting the company S.O.P’s (Personal presentation, Check INS and Check outs, Answering telephones, Guest complaints and mystery guest questionnaire.

Assisting disable guests and responsible for room allocation.

Provide an efficient and accurate booking facility in the absence of the Reception manager.

Ensure reception is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.

Report all accidents via the company accident reporting procedure to a manager.

Keep update records of office expenses and cost.

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
